Statutory Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer and you order any item from us you have the statutory right within the United Kingdom to cancel the order and return any goods ordered in exchange for a refund. This statutory right of cancellation starts on the date that you submit your order and expires on the seventh working day after the day on which you receive the goods (hereinafter the “UK Statutory Right of Cancellation”).
Exceptions to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation include DVD, Video or Software orders where the product seal /security packaging has been broken prior to return.
To cancel your order you should notify us by email, fax or in writing to Alpine Bikes Online within the 7 day time period. The amount refunded will be for the cost of goods and any outward delivery costs charged as part of the original online transaction. Returned goods should therefore be in a reasonable condition, and we recommend that you return items to Alpine Bikes Online using recorded delivery. Customers are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods until returned to Alpine Bikes Online. Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of notification by Alpine Bikes Online.
You are also responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the items were incorrectly delivered on our part or the items are received damaged.
For details of how to return goods please read our Returns Policy below. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
